How long does it take for my order to ship from your workshop?

Orders are processed between Monday and Thursday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.  Once shipped, packages may take up to 7 days to be received domestically. International orders may take up to 4 weeks to be received.

Do you ship overseas?

First class mail is free with orders of $75 or more. A $4.95 flat rate shipping fee will apply to all orders below $75.

We currently accommodate domestic shipping to the continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii. We offer international shipping to select locations including Canada and United Kingdom for up to 5 items. Options to other countries are available upon request.

If you would like to purchase more than 5 items, please email us prior for shipping rates.

Our standard shipping carrier is the Unites States Postal Service.

Just a note on international shipping:

Overseas  shipping often takes longer than a week. Usually it takes closer to two weeks for it to arrive, but sometimes it can take nearly a month to receive the items, even though we send all of my shipments priority mail.

The items are packaged very carefully, however, we can not be responsible for any damage that the post office might inflict on the packages.
Also, while we only ship international packages via priority mail, once the shipment leaves the country the tracking mechanism is not always activated by the recipients country so we can not know exactly where the package is once it leaves the USA.  All this means that we can not be responsible for any lost package, however, in any case that it is lost, we will do our best to help the recipient.
How do I return a product?

Exchanges and refunds of unopened items can be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Email support@cassandrebeccai.com with subject heading “RETURN” with a clear picture of the unopened item(s) you wish to return.  Please allow up two business days for a return confirmation reply.  Include a copy of your emailed order receipt.

We recommend insuring your package or purchasing shipment tracking for your protection. Your return will be processed after it’s arrival. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return from the day the package is received.

We will inform you of the status of your return via email. We’re sorry, but shipping fees can not be refunded.

Some of my items appear to be backordered. What does that mean?

Sometimes a strong demand for a particular product will mean that it is temporarily unavailable. Items that are in-stock maybe shipped out separately from backordered items. You do not pay extra shipping fees in this care. Allow up to 10 business days for back ordered items to ship out.

Why does my product seem thicker/ softer/more strongly scented than last time?

We pride ourselves in the quality of ingredients used in our products. Many of our ingredients are natural and thus variations in there textures, colors and scents largely depend on the season and time of harvest. Despite these little variations we always deliver the best quality product made with the utmost care and the freshest ingredients. Rest assured that you are getting the best of hair care products every time you order.
